In these teachings I have used practices that have shown me time and again they are a way of peace for a healthy life.

Beach Stay Spiritual Training in Oceanside
Oceanside is just about 1 and a half hours west from Portland along scenic Wilson River Hwy 6.
With Deborah as your host your stay is $40 a nigiht. You can bring food or plan food with her. There are three small cafes walking distance from the house, so that's an option as well.
The upstairs area can be made private for a small group of students. There are two bedrooms with queen beds and a full bathroom with shower. One bedroom has a single pull out bed.
There is a private sleep space with full bed and a long and deep jetted spa bath downstairs with an outside door access to beach walks. This space with spa use is $80 per night.
