Intuition is that part of us that holds knowing in our heart. By cultivating intuition we connect with wisdom. Wisdom itself comes with direct personal experience; events of our lives and the way we relate to them provide the soul lessons that unveil wisdom.
Reiki is not a belief system that can be intellectually understood. It is not a spiritual practice that requires us to follow beliefs prescribed by others. It is our unique personal path that leads to wisdom, guides compassionate action, and returns us to source.
Energy healing with Reiki connects us to the source of all love, creation, knowledge, and wisdom. Its perfection appears as we honor it as sacred, as we continuously nurture our relationship with the divine. We humbly invite intuitive guidance, and ego steps aside to allow the highest healing.
We witness amazing transformations when we approach the practice of energy healing with innocence, with no attachment to a pre-determined outcome. Reiki has its own consciousness; it knows the precise needs of each human being. The practitioner is the intuitive director that channels Reiki’s healing energy.
The more we practice Reiki the more we recognize and honor intuitive guidance. In a session this can reveal where to place our hands on a person’s body for optimal healing. Or which symbolic energy keys to use to unlock particular frequencies of energy. Or what combinations of our available skills would be most helpful for our client.
Practitioners of Reiki can encourage intuitive grace with regular practice: with meditation to purify our mind; with a healthy diet and lifestyle to purify our body; with kindness and compassion to purify our heart; and with regular self-healing to purify our connection to source.
May our sincere and loving effort serve the highest good for each and all.
